UNDERSTANDING YOUR CLASS PACK:

• This is a month-to-month class package. You have to use ALL CLASS SESSIONS BEFORE YOUR MONTH IS OVER.
• EXAMPLE: If you purchase a (12) class package on 09/18/21, you will have until 10/18/21 to use all 12 class sessions. Any unused classes will be forfeited.
• No extra class sessions will roll over into the next month.
• No, you may not share your class sessions with family/friends

RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Here at Fitnetic Fitness we want our clients to feel at home. We understand personal issues come up. If you need to reschedule a class we ask for the cancelled class to be rebooked within a 12 hour time frame.
• If the session isn’t scheduled within the 12HOUR TIME FRAME the Trainer will Reach Out to you by phone/text to schedule your next class. Just in case we cannot get a hold of you within a 24HOUR TIME FRAME, we may BURN your CLASS SESSION, so please respond back within a respectful time.

THE GREAT BENEFITS:

At Fitnetic Fitness, we take hospitality seriously and strive to provide everything you need for an optimal workout experience.

• WATER ACCESS: Staying hydrated is essential. We have a water fountain and dispenser available for you to refill your personal water bottle anytime during class.
• TOWEL SERVICE: Each member is provided with one cold towel and one dry towel per class. We always recommend bringing your own dry towel from home, but if you forget, we’ve got you covered.
• MATS: We provide floor mats for ab workouts and any exercises requiring extra support. Mats are disinfected and properly stored after every use to maintain cleanliness.
• HAND WRAPS: We strongly recommend bringing your own hand wraps for boxing workouts. However, if you forget, we offer loaner wraps, which are regularly washed and sanitized. Please remember to bring your own whenever possible.
